					<description><![CDATA[This is a soup to make when it&#039;s cold and damp outside. I substituted the Italian sausage with Upton&#039;s Natural Italian Sausage-Style Seitan and the chicken broth with vegetable stock because we&#039;re vegetarians. I can&#039;t believe how much I made, it&#039;s enough to feed an army. Paired it with vienna bread from Jewel, we ate this for two days. Thanks Mrs. P&#039;s for a great soup, this is definitely a keeper!]]></description>
