Our landlord was Greek and made finifia and halva from the honey from thier bees, I can still remember how good it tasted. I am now a beekeeper of 35 years experience, and want to reproduce those childhood memories. I will keep this recipe and use it when I harvest my honey in five weeks time. This process is as close as my wife and I come to divorce, as it is sticky every were and takes days to properly clean up!!!! Cheers, Vaughan Bradbury

Many years ago we lived in the Bahamas and there was a community of Greeks living there being attracted to the sponge diving.
